1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RevUp Community ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by RevUp Energy, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use RevUp Community. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at partners@revupenergydrink.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
RevUp Community is an automotive and motorsport platform. You agree to use it only for purposes related to the automotive community. You may not:
- Post content unrelated to automotive topics (see Community Guidelines)
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post hate speech, discriminatory language, or slurs
- Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
- Post sexually explicit or violent content
- Promote illegal street racing or dangerous activities on public roads
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to circumvent content moderation systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without written permission
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant RevUp Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
6. Content Moderation
The Platform employs automated content filters and manual moderation to enforce community standards. Content may be blocked, flagged for review, or removed. Users who repeatedly violate policies may receive warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The RevUp Community platform, brand, design, and proprietary features are owned by RevUp Energy, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without written permission.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your own account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed, though some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user-generated content, or the safety of marketplace transactions. RevUp Community is not responsible for interactions between users, including marketplace purchases.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevUp Energy, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account data: name, email address, username, profile photo, and date of birth
- Profile data: bio, location, vehicle information, and social links
- Content: posts, comments, messages, marketplace listings, event details, and photos you upload
- Communications: messages sent through the Platform and support inquiries

- Device data: device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns
- Location data: approximate location based on IP address (precise location only with your explicit consent for event/listing features)

- Display your profile, posts, and content to other users
- Facilitate messaging and community features
- Enforce content moderation and community guidelines
- Send notifications and service-related communications
- Improve the Platform through analytics and usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and analytics services that help operate the Platform
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government request
- Safety: when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and content within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to certain processing activities

RevUp Community is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and data.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand usage patterns and improve the Platform.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Community Guidelines
1. Stay On Topic — Cars, Builds, Motorsport
RevUp Community is exclusively for automotive content. This includes cars, trucks, motorcycles, builds, modifications, parts, motorsport, track events, car meets, and the automotive industry. Off-topic content — including but not limited to cryptocurrency, politics, religion, and unrelated personal content — will be automatically filtered or removed.
2. Be Respectful
Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated at a car meet. Healthy debate about builds, parts, and racing is welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, and intimidation are not. Respect differences in taste — someone's Miata build is just as valid as your GT-R build.
3. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
Slurs, hate speech, and content that attacks anyone based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic will result in immediate content removal and potential account suspension. There are no warnings for this — zero tolerance means zero tolerance.
4. Keep It Clean
Avoid excessive profanity and sexually explicit content. RevUp Community is an all-ages automotive platform. Content should be something you'd be comfortable sharing at a family-friendly car show.
5. No Dangerous Activity Promotion
Do not promote, organize, or glorify illegal street racing, reckless driving on public roads, evading law enforcement, or any activity that puts people at risk. We love speed — on the track, not public highways. Track day content, sanctioned racing, and legal performance driving are always welcome.
6. Marketplace Integrity
Marketplace listings must be for real automotive parts, vehicles, and accessories. No counterfeit goods, stolen property, or misleading descriptions. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. See our Marketplace Terms for full details.
7. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Authentic participation in the community is welcome, including sharing your business if it's genuinely relevant to a conversation. Mass advertising, bot activity, repetitive promotional posts, and engagement farming are not allowed. Businesses interested in advertising should contact partners@revupenergydrink.com.
8. Report Content
If you see content that violates these guidelines, use the Report button available on every post, comment, listing, and profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports. False or abusive reporting may itself result in action against your account.
9. Enforcement
Violations are handled through a progressive system:
- Automated filtering: Off-topic and prohibited content is blocked before it posts
- Warning: First-time or minor violations receive a warning
- Temporary ban: Repeated violations result in a temporary suspension
- Permanent ban: Serious or persistent violations result in permanent removal
Severe violations (hate speech, threats, illegal activity) may skip directly to a ban without warning.
Marketplace Terms
1. What the Marketplace Is
RevUp Community Marketplace provides a platform for users to list and discover automotive parts, vehicles, and accessories. It is a venue for connecting buyers and sellers within the automotive community. RevUp Energy, LLC does not participate in, oversee, or guarantee any transaction.
2. Permitted Items
Listings must be for automotive-related items only:
- Vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles)
- Parts and components (engine, suspension, body, interior, electrical)
- Wheels, tires, and accessories
- Tools and equipment related to automotive work
- Automotive memorabilia and collectibles
3. Prohibited Items
- Non-automotive goods of any kind
- Stolen property or items with title issues
- Counterfeit, replica, or knockoff products sold as genuine/OEM
- Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Substances that are illegal under federal or state law
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Emissions-defeat devices where prohibited by law
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful descriptions and photos of items
- Disclose known defects, damage, or compatibility issues
- Set honest pricing — no bait-and-switch tactics
- Respond to inquiries in good faith
- Handle payment and shipping arrangements directly with buyers
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of automotive parts and vehicles
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Perform your own due diligence before purchasing
- Verify item condition, compatibility, and seller reputation
- Arrange payment through secure methods (we recommend PayPal Goods & Services or similar buyer-protected payments)
- Understand that RevUp Community cannot intervene in disputes
6. Liability Disclaimer
RevUp Energy, LLC is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing. We are not a party to any transaction. All marketplace activity is conducted at the sole risk of the buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting in public locations for local transactions and using buyer-protected payment methods for shipped items.
7. Marketplace Bans
Users who violate Marketplace Terms may be banned from the marketplace specifically, even if their general community access remains active. Serious violations (fraud, stolen goods, counterfeit items) will result in full account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
DMCA / Copyright Policy
1. Respect for Intellectual Property
RevUp Community respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on RevUp Community without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it (URL or screenshot)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against a user will result in permanent account suspension.
Safety Disclaimer
1. Assumption of Risk
Automotive activities including but not limited to vehicle modification, track driving, racing, and mechanical work carry inherent risks of injury, property damage, and death. By using RevUp Community, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation in any activity discussed on the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
2. Not Professional Advice
Content posted by users — including build guides, modification tutorials, mechanical advice, and driving tips — represents personal opinions and experiences. It does not constitute professional mechanical, engineering, legal, or safety advice. Always consult qualified professionals before undertaking vehicle modifications or repairs.
3. Track and Event Safety
Events listed on RevUp Community are organized by independent third parties, not by RevUp Energy, LLC. We do not inspect venues, verify organizer credentials, or guarantee safety standards. Always verify event details, safety requirements, and insurance coverage directly with event organizers before attending.
4. Vehicle Modifications
Modifying vehicles can affect safety, emissions compliance, warranty status, and insurance coverage. Users are responsible for ensuring their modifications comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. RevUp Community does not endorse or recommend any specific modification.
5. Marketplace Safety
When purchasing parts or vehicles through the Marketplace, buyers are responsible for verifying the safety, quality, and legality of items. RevUp Community does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any listed item. Used automotive parts may have hidden defects. Professional inspection is recommended before installation.
6. No Liability
RevUp Energy, LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or other harm arising from information, advice, products, or events accessed through the Platform. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Emergency Situations
If you are in an emergency situation, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. RevUp Community is not an emergency service and cannot respond to urgent safety situations.
